RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.

2. All the jewellery are Hand-crafted and are unique in design. All the jewellery are handcrafted and are studded with semi precious stones they may have slight irregularities or imperfections . Also , each pair of earrings , especially those with screw pin type undergo friction while we test before dispatch. It is likely that the screw will loose some amount of plating .

3. No returns or exchange are allowed.

4. We do not accept return/ exchange of products unless it is damaged during transit. If there was any damage or defect it has to be informed on the same day of receiving the order with a video of opening the parcel.

5. All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.

6. Customised orders cannot be cancelled, the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Kindly Note that any cancellation request will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order . Please note if the order is processed the cancellation request will not be accepted .
